To all of you who keep posting those pics of your cooks and saying how easy it is and how great everything tastes, its all your fault.[p]I ordered a large today and it will be delivered on Tuesday. Thanks go out to all you who answered all my questions, especially those that have probably been a hundred times before. Of course, once I get it, I'll just have a whole new batch of questions.[p]Mike

Mike, you're right!! I've only had my Large Egg since Xmas. I definitely have had more questions since, than before my acquistion. The great thing is, they're all guys and gals who have nothing better to do (hah!), than educate each other and all of us. It's like a "living library" on hand at all times, where you can stroll in and check out any volume you need, even if you lost your card!! Better yet, when you've come up with some great recipes or technique, or just plain experience to share, it's even better yet, when you can contribute back to the group too! My wife thinks I'm sick, but then again, she doesn't complain when the Egg gets fired up, and she and I are the beneficiaries of the Forum's support and experience. Welcome, Mike!!![p]
