The wife is out with "the girls" tonight, so I stopped by the store on the way home from the office and picked up a NICE bacon wrapped fillet (about 7-8 oz). Put a Weber starter cube in and went to chance. When I came down, the steak and mini were ready to get aquanted (Redneck, it took all of abou 10 minutes and my mini was "HOT", about 650 degrees).[p]I used a 3/3/4 method and had a truely beutifull steak and a Fosters "grunt, grunt, grunt ...... You know, I think its just a guy thing! Some ladies, including the wife, "just wouldn't understand!!![p]Smokey
