I cut me a tile to fit as a plate setter and layed it on the Chubby rings for indirect on the small egg. First thing it did was bust in half, no problem, covered with a foil drip pan and put the bird on. Wine and balsamic vinegar in the chicken rocket with poultry seasoning on the bird. Cooked at 325 for 2 hours and 10 minutes. The thighs were 180.[p]That's not smoke!
