Trying out the new 3 tier rack for the LG we purchased at eggtoberfest. Four breasts, four leg quarters and still enough room for four or five boston butts. Amazing. Plate setter, drip pan, some apple chunks and Julie's chipotle seasoned salt for a light rub. Temp currently at 250 and climbing to my target of 300-325. Almond buttered green beans and pecan rice for sides. Oh, and 5 bottles of Champagne for the cooks - errr, guests. I'm greedy. Steve.
