If a tick gets this stuffed..............

Whew! I'm stuffed as a tick! If a tick gets this stuffed, how does he survive for the next feast?
We just finished off an 8.42 lbs Prime Rib. It has got to be one of the best I've ever done! Who ever suggested to use egg whites to aid in stickin' the salt to the outside of the PR, my hat is off to you![p]It works![p]Our son and our SIL must have both really like it! They both ate at least 3 massive pieces and I know our SIL was contemplating eatin' the forth piece! WOW! I don't know where he stores it all![p]Once again, if you folks have not tried Dr. Chicken's "Old English Prime Rib", I would highly recommend it to you! (Len are you lookin' in?)
That's two fantastic meals in two nights! Last night it was homemade Chiles Rellenos. Now if I could figure out how to do them on the Egg, I know I'd be in heaven![p]
As GFW would say, "Life is good!"[p]Now, someone answer me this; How long am I gona be miserable from all this good eatin'? :-)))[p]
The best to all of you![p]

Dr. Chicken,
I believe that Earl was the one who came up with the egg whites for salt crusting. You do have me hungry for Prime Rib now.
