Small BGE review

So far I've cooked four straight nights on the small BGE.[p]First night - London Broil.
Second night - pork baby back ribs.
Third night - Pork Chops
Last night - chicken breasts.[p]All had rubs or marinades of various types. So far am getting the hang of heating up the BGE. First night I only got it up to 400 so cooked direct without the T-Rex method.[p]Second night - got it way over 600 and managed to get it down to 400 but overcooked the ribs. Did not smoke it as did not have time.[p]Last two nights - got it up to 400 perfectly and cooked them great. [p]So far it's been a surreal experience and I'm extremely pleased with the BGE. I just got the CrateMate yesterday and will use them next week when I return from a trip.[p]If any of you are thinking about a small BGE - don't hestitate. Run, not walk, to the nearest dealer and buy one. Definitely worth the bucks.[p]
