sweet maple seasoning - question

last evening i smoked a pork tenderloin with the bge sweet maple seasoning - wonderful- well, better than wonderful[p]now my question - has anyone tried this with turkey or chicken[p]thanks[p]mr toad[p]

mr toad,[p]Never used the maple rub, but I have smoked cured loins injected with a 50:50 mix of maple syrup and water. Gives them a nice flavor from within.[p]~thirdeye~

QBabe,[p]thanks, i have received by email a maple brine or three - for sure i will treat the gobbler this year to a maple brine - maple rub and maple wood - not much wood, maybe mixed with apple or cherry[p]wow![p]mr toad
