Hello everyone, trying a pork loin, stuffed with sausage and roasted peppers tonight. the photo is last night, getting ready to spend the evening with JJ's rub. Also trying the spanish rice from tim m's site. Hopefully it and the photo will come out. I'll let you all know. CJW

Chuck, well, ya got us sittin on the edge of our seats wonderin about it. It appears to be a tied rolled pork loin roast, but whats the filling? Kinda like a "turducken" with other meats involved. Looks delicious!!

It is a tied rolled pork loin roast. It is, or was, filled with italian sausage, roasted red peppers and some Mozzarella cheese. Did JJ's rub overnight and 350 indirect for about 75 minutes, 155 degrees. It was delicious.

Chuck,[p]Lemme guess - you're feeding 600 guests and are worried about having too many leftovers. Just kidding. Nice pic. This one plus the scaled down one above looked awesome! It's too bad the meat isn't as big as this picture indicates since it looks like you're in for some goooooooooood eats![p]The BGE, JJ's rub, and pork - perfect together!

Chuck, you put it all together nicely..JJ's rub is hard to beat, and the sausage sounds inviting. Looks like a good one to set next to Mr. Toads at a EggFest someday. Nice camera work, and presentation.
