I can't remember who it was, but someone had posted about making chicken adobo at Octoberfest.[p]I love that dish and was wondering how/if it came out.[p]Regards,

    The amount of the chicken in the post is wrong. I thought it was 1 lb packs I bought, it actually is a 1.8 pound pack so if your feeding an army use four packs and the ingredients as I listed them. If not cut it accordingly. I've got it straightened out with Bill Wise so the official recipe file for the 2006 Eggtoberfest will be right.[p]
