boneless turkey breast

my wife just brought home a "turkey london broil", boneless turkey breast. any suggestions on how to cook it? should it brined?

    Chuck,[p]It would certainly benefit from a brine, but if you don't have time a basic rub would be nice. Just cook it as if it is a big boneless, skinless chicken breast. Just don't over cook.[p]Zip
