Help with Butterflied Chicken technique

I read some older messages between Nature Boy and Cat about butterflying a chicken. Only now I can't find them in archive. In fact, I can't seem to be able to pull up archived messages at all.[p]Can someone advise me on this technique.[p]Thanks.[p]Fritz

    Fritz, here is an invaluable resource for butterflied chicken.....this guys site is unbeleivable ,,,,
    I followed the instructions for butterflied chicked and it did EXACTLY what he said it would do.....
    Cutting the chicken into the "butterflied" position was a breeze......just follow the instructions to a tee and you`ll be as happy as a pig in ****......[p]Mop!
