Eggtoberfest Registration question

I registered over a week ago, and my name doens't appear on the list shown on the website:

Also, I never received an e-mail confirmation. How do I know I'm registered? :unsure:

Last year was so much better - you could see the information and edit it online. You could also see what everyone was cooking, so that I could cook something that wasn't being done.
