I fixed this the other night for appetizers, boy was it a hit.I found the Old South pickled watermelon rind in Kroger in the pickle and olive section.I put one teasoon of Mrs.Dog's Jamaican Jerk in the juice left in the jar.I then took a basting brush and painted the bacon with the juice mixture, cooked on the Egg at 350 degrees for five minutes per side or until bacon is done, their is about 18 pieces of watermelon the size of a quater in a 10 oz. jar, this does not taste sweet.[p]Larry[p]

    YB,
Wrap Bacon around anything and people will eat. [p]Actually, that does sound good. I remember that my grandmother used to make Watermelon Rind Pickle. Now you are bringing back memories. The addition of Mrs. Dogs has my mouth watering.[p]Have a good night,
