Meatloaf is on !

Well, I'm steppin out and trying something new, different, and hopefully good. My crew loved the Mexican Meatloaf so much that I'm trying a new version of good ole American Meatloaf. If it works, I'll post the good news. If it flops, it will blend in forever more into oblivion! :) R1[p]PS. Just for a little something extra, I'm trying that French Bread everyone's going on about. French Bread and Meatloaf, that's a combination!

    Ranger1 and Dr.C...way to go..[p]Hey, I got some ideas on this bread making baking proceedure..gonna make a post coming up. I think this is a humdinger and will see how it flies. Now that I think about it.. I need to test it first and my sourdough starter(?) is nice and thick and sourdough bread may be next..Like Alan Z says..<VBG>

    Well, the meatloaf was awesome and no I don't have the ingredients ready to post just yet. The bread, at least the portion that I did not toast, was delicious! Can't be cookin' the bread directly on the firebricks AGAIN. Got to raise it up and do it normal like cause it gets too hot. The meatloaf had the characteristic BGE color to it and man it was good. Of course it's gone now....R1[p]ps: I will post the ingredients later.
