My wife picked up a rump roast the other day and she was going to make a pot roast out of it (on the kitchen stove). Any suggestions for a rump roast on the egg? [p]TIA
Everyday is Saturday and tomorrow is always Sunday.

<p />Retired RailRoader,[p]I mix some beef broth, Wooster and some canola oil or melted butter and inject them about an hour before putting on a 375° Egg. Around 130° I pull them, rest and slice against the grain.

P1010044.jpg[p]Good stuff. I seared mine (500 degrees, turning every few minutes), them dwelled till internal temp reached 135. The a 5-10 minute rest![p]Makes great steak sandwhiches![p]Smokey
