Quick butt question

Unknown
edited November -1 in EggHead Forum
I am doing a 6.5 lb pork butt this evening. It has been rather windy here, so I had to keep the bottom and top closed a little more than usual. We left at 4:30 to go out and got home at 7:30. In that time the temp dropped from 250 to 175. The fire is still going, but did it get too low to complete this butt. I have the large egg open now trying to get the temp back. Any advice would be helpful. FYI, I put it on at 4:30 when we left, so it has been on for only 3 hours.
