It must be shrimp season or something. I have been buying the fresh, never frozen types for weeks. I have yet to get tired of them.[p]I will have to egg some soon.

Funny but true story. Went to in-laws for about 10 days. Little or no meat. We get home, wife asks what I want to go with my steak. With no hesitation at all, I reply a pork chop.[p]Mike

I like a good catfish and yours looks great.[p]Tonight is chicken burrito's made from seasoned chicken tenders (DP Swamp Venom) and fresh ground cilantro seeds. Chicken is pre-cooked in the egg. Lotsa cheese, onion, lettuce with a splash of green taco sauce layered in. I bake again until the burrito is toasted and the cheese melted.
Very good with a couple of Paulaner Hefe-Weizen (wheat beer)....it has a head that floats a dime.
