How do I update my Profile

I would like to know how to update my profile,but I cannot find the right place

Orio Kid ,[p]How you doing in Mt Camel?? That may be one thing to change, I assume it's Mt Carmel. I grew up in Alton - to your south west. [p]You don't edit the profile, you just do a new one and the webmaster has to manually change it. It might take him a few days to do it too.[p]Tim
