t-rex whole beef tenderloin?

can you t-rex a whole beef tenderloin???,,,does anyone know an easy way to remove the silver skin???/thanks,

[p]See the link below for pictures and comments on one that I did a while back.[p]Often the butcher removes that silver skin (I'm not sure I've ever had to do it), but if it's still there you can usually work a paring knife under the leading edge and then pull it off down the length of the loin - that's how I remove it on pork tenderloins.[p]Good luck,[p]TRex

    Thanks, great pic's! I have a three pound cut of beef tenderloin for tonight's cook. Going to marinate with olive oil, Raising the Steaks Seasoning and Kikkomans Teriyaki sauce. Your baked potatoes sound good, I'll fire up the mini and have it loaded with three bakers. Might be raining out when I cook but if it does I'll be dancing in the rain.
