With all this rib talk lately I thought I would give GFW's a try.
Result...........................Only the best ribs I've done so far. :>)
Quite simple really, and kinda dummy proof.(Maybe that's why they were such a success).[p]3 hours indirect
1.5 hours in foil indirect
1 hour direct, flipping every 10 minutes or so[p]Don't know why some have a spur in their saddle about using foil. Harmless really. The best part is it worked for me and my family. (That is who I should be concerned about right?).[p]Even made 2 types of jerky this weekend as well as Uncle Dougies wings.[p]Mick

MickeyT., glad the ribs were a success - they ar eprobably my absolute favorite on the BGE, followed by Chili, Jerky, Wings, Steaks, Chops - or maybe it's the other way around - Have a great day! :~}
