Fellow Eggers,
Got some JSlot ribs going on the Large and man do they smell good. This is the first time I've tried the high temp method that he promotes. Dome 375 for appx. 2 hrs. I can't wait to dig in. I'll post some photos of the ribs when I crack the egg at the 2 hour mark. JSlot was adament in his directions not to open the lid what so ever before the 2 hour mark!!!!! Happy Eat'n [p]Smok'n KC

    Good luck and I wish you well!!!!![p]I too tried JSlot's method and actually adhered to it for a couple years as I kept thinking I "just did something wrong last time" for several racks. Then it dawned on me that low and slo gave me more chances to know my ribs as I have become a firm believer that every rack has it's own personality and as a tribute to Mr/Miss Piggy who gave their heart and soul to those ribs then I want to honor him/her!!!
