Pork Shoulder Blade Roast

I did my first pork should yesterday and thanks to a lot you on the forum it turned out wonderful. As most of you can imagine I learned a lot on my first one. Especially timing. I thought 9 or 10 hours for a 6 pounder. It was twelve. The BGE and the Pro Com4 Guru performed flawlessly. The meat was wonderful and I will post pictures as soon as I learn how to do it. Thanks to all for you help and advice. AZ

AZRP,[p]I will attempt a bigger one the next time. I might jiggle you up when I do a small brisket (6 lbs.) in the next week. The wife made pulled pork enchiladas tonight and they were awesome. Enjoy, AZ
