How to stack to 7 pound Bf Briskets in Large BGE

Could not buy 15 Pound Brisket. Bought two Seven Pounders. I have the Large BGE. Any suggestions on how to stack them. I do not believe both will lie flat above the Large Ceramic inverted plate at the beginning of the cook, at any rate.

    Stack 2 grids by placing 2 fire bricks on top of the first grid. Probably can get away with 2 regular bricks, assuming you are doing a slow cook. Use the search engine to see pictures has been shown quite a few time times.

    As far as a visitor vs member no big thing. I finally updated my profile on the new web page and now I'm a newbie. The only thing that ticks me off is that if you respond on the *.net versus *.com, the old site does not see your reply. The upside the .net makes it easier to search.
