I just used the 3/1.5/1 method for some baby back ribs last night. Cooked between 230 and 260 and used hickory and apple chips. Served with salt crusted potatoes done on the egg and asparagus done on the egg, and bread. The big green egg folks down in hotlanta owe me commission on the two eggs that were sold as a result of this meal. Thanks again for the cooking tips.[p]tember

tember, good job! Babybacks are easier to grind out than spares IMHO.

tember, I told Ed at EGGtoberfest that he perfected the pyramid marketing scheme - we sell to others who sell to others - but only he gets the commission. :-)
I have not met a single person who has had their BGE for more than 6 months who has not convinced (or should I say, whose cooking has not convinced) at least two other people to buy one. It's sorta contagious - and fun.

Wise One,[p]I'm probably the exception to your experience, Wise One. All my friends are broke and none have bought an egg yet.
