Lovetocook,[p]Celtic wolf gave me this link to Alton Brown's recipe.[p]I messed with it a bit since I didn't have powdered garlic and used fresh, I also used fresh basil in lieu of dried. I used 2 pounds of hamburger and 1 pound of italian sausage. Normally I add dizzy pig to everything, but I didn't add any dizzy pig to this one. Next time I'll find a way to work it in. I also had no parmesan so I used romano. Oh, and I use my own smoked pepper power instead of red pepper flakes. Other than that, it's Alton Browns recipe.[p]Ed
