Rib rack or flat on the gill?

If you use a rib rack do you lose flavor from the fat running off more quickly?

  • Interesting question.....I did 7 slabs of babybacks this past weekend....using a rib rack....and they were as tasty as always....Don't know how using a rib rack could affect taste.....[p]Ed McLean
