3.5 pound beef roast, need suggestions

my wife just sprung an beef roast on me to do for tonight. Any suggestions on temps and time for cooking?

    What kind of beef roast? I cook rump roast all the time. most of them come out tender and juicy. I rub with DP cowlick or garlic salt & S&P. I cook direct at 350/375 to an internal temp of 135. Let rest covered for 10/15 minutes and slice across the grain. If there are any leftovers it will make great sandwiches the next day. Goodluck,Tom
