Just ate our first ribs. Not falling off bone? Good taste. One rack more tender than the rest?

R C Waterfront,[p]Not falling off the bone isn't so bad. Lots of folks like it "tuggable," more like finger pullable, so that you can chew the ribs and get all the savor out of them. [p]Some meat is just better than others. I've had ribs that were too old, and partially dried out, and they just wouldn't get tender. And some parts of the grill have temp that is too hot or cold, so the food isn't cooked as well as it might.[p]Next time will be even better,
