Does anyone have the recipe where you cook the chicken, then put in a pan with BBQ sauce and cover with aluminum foil to steam it until it falls off the bone. I can't find the details anywhere.
Thanks

Sounds like you have it all there, Nancy.
Cook chicken as normal and then place in a foil pan with BBQ sauce, cover, and cook until it falls off the bone.[p]Jim

Nancy,
You are talking about braised chicken.Brown chicken both sides.use a dutch oven or saute pan that has a tight fitting lid.add 1/2cup chicken stockput chicdken in and cover with sauce.Let simmer for about 50 minutes.Test for doness by inserting a toothpick into the meat.If it runs clear your done. Some people will put this under a broiler rack in uour oven to crisp up the sauce.
