All Egg Dinner--Suffed Chops and Snow peas

<p />Although my recipe called for sauteeing the stuffing, I grilled and smoked a slice of onion, 1/2 bell pepper, hot sausage and toasted bread on the Egg. That was my way of getting some smoke on the inside too and cutting down on kitchen mess. The chops were coated w/DP Redeye Express.[p]The snow peas went on at the same time as the stuffed chops. They were foiled and mixed with olive oil, onion and Stone's Wicked Grin.
