How long to cook Pork from the Islands

Buckiquer
Posts: 24
I am cooking two pork tenderloins at 350 indirect with a platesetter.
I will pull at 145 internal. About how long should this take. I do not need precise times just fairly close.[p]Thanks

Buckiqu'er,
Close to an hour. I would suggest searing them first, afterwhich the time should be closer to 30-45 minutes. We usually do ours on a raised grid directly at 350-400, turning frequently and finishing in under 30 minutes. Have fun.

Marvin,
As Marvin said, I would cook these direct on a raised grid at about 400 degrees. This will give you a little crust on the surface and will only take about 20 minutes, turning every few minutes till 145 internal.
