going to the pat's game today. hoping the third game is the 'dress rehearsal' and we'll see the starters in through the half at least.[p]so i'm doing some baby-backs to get in shape for football season. i usually do spares, but found i had B/Bs in the downstairs freezer. so on they go.[p]a little cherry/maple/oak.[p]gonna scope out the new small today before taking it up north. kinda hard to fit in the car with the dome on, so may keep it all packed and just assemble up there.[p]anyway.[p]just checking in

    stike,
I have had my small for a little over a year now and although it is easily transported I find it a pain in the butt to use as compared to the large.[p]fd1f77b1.jpg[p]I find that it does not get up to temp as quick and is a whole lot trickier at contolling temps. Plus every time I go to tap the bottom vent the little sucker zings off.[p]Good luck and hopefully your experience will be better.[p]By the way, I still use it all the time, I just bit#h about while I am doing it.
