Awesome Steak!

Wifey wasn't home so me and the kids did my first T-Rex (sort of) Steak and they were AWESOME!!
Got a couple thick NY strip steaks, put them in the hot tub, fired the Egg up to about 650, rubbed the steaks with DP raisin the steaks (Thanks to the folks at Dizzy Pig for the rapid response on my first order- if I didn't receive it within one day, it was certainly within two!), cooked 'em, let em rest and heated 'em again at 400. [p]I was in Steak Heaven! More importantly, the kids loved them too![p]Now I am farting like a dog, but that's another story.
