got this recipe from blues hog barbeque sauce. best baby ribs i have so for. here is the recipe. rub ribs with blues hog dry rub seasoning and lightly coat with brown sugar. make a tent out of aluminum foil and seal ribs with the meat side up. cook at 225 indirect for 2 hours.open the sealed ribs and place on the grill meat side down to start for 1 more hour and baste with barbeque sauce. i used blues hog but i guess you can use your favorite rub and sauce
