q about 3-1-1

for the final step, do u remove the drip pan and plate setter or not?? putting 2 racks of bbacks on in about 30 minutes.

rick morris,[p]I sometimes do and sometimes don't. It's definately off for the saucing. It's noted on WessB's site (link below) to remove all indirect set up for the final 45-60 min.[p]Hope this helps!
