Ok, have cooked several racks since getting the egg(baby back ribs). Have been using ... hickory for the first... bad choice(newbie)! Apple chips for the last two...very good choice, and then tried jack danials barrell chips tonight!(spell check don't work here)I have never had a better rib! Wow! They were the best ribs I have had! Same rub, same sauce, same method! (3 1.5 1)[p]Gotta have the camera ready for the egg next time rather, than the granddaughter! Not going to happen!![p]
