Interesting Porkchop Cook

<p />I cooked these huge pork chops tonight, using RhumAndJerks recipe for the chops and the habanero, cherry sauce; along with grilled pineapple, using gdenby's recipe and baked sweet potatoes, following Dr. BBQ's recipe but using 50/50 mixture of dizzy dust and brown sugar. YUM![p]The interesting thing was that when I put on these big chops and all the pineapple, the air was blocked enough that my grill took a nosedive in temperature from 400 to just over 300 and it wasn't until I removed the pineapple that the temp started up again.[p]I used a small piece of mesquite and the smoke was just right for us.[p]If you have not tried big thick pork chops, pulled at 140, you really have not lived.[p]It was a great dinner and the BGE really shined!
