Posting Pictures -- why do some show a camera icon?

I have successfully posted links to pictures and even included pictures in the body of the message, but I still do not get the little camera icon in the subject bar. What am I missing?

You have to put an image in the "Optional Image URL" box at the bottom of you post for the camera icon to appear.[p]Wess
