Chicken Wings !!!!

I cooked wings on a BGE - indirect w/place setter - for 2hrs (1hr per side) @ 275 and then removed the place setter for direct @ 250-275 for 1 more hour (30 min per side).[p]Dizzy pig Jamaican on 1/2 the batch and Swamp Venom on the other 1/2. Then, half of that with Jack Daniels BBQ sauce for the last 10 minutes. [p]Jamaican plain and Swamp Venom w/JD BBQ won !!!! [p]Never had better wings... ever... still in awe of the power of the Egg !!![p]SKELETOR !!!
