Anyone have any experience cooking duck on the Egg?

    Roger in Charleston,
    heat EGG to 425* place duck in a v-rack over a drip using indirect method. Pierce skin all over to allow fat to escape. Cook for 45 min then reduce heat to 350* repierce the skin and cook for another hour. Good stuff. I like to sprinkle the duck liberally with a good Hungarian paprika with some garlic powder. Sugar maple, cherry or peach give a nice smoke taste.
