BobS, nice work on the Woo ring, named after Woodoggies who wanted a rig to cook at the felt line. Raised grid cooks, just got a whole lot easier for you. Nothing to screw with, just drop your bge large grid on the Woo and your're cooking. I cook 6 inches above the fire ring on all direct cooks and love it.[p]That plate must cost a small king's ransom. With 1/4 stock, it might warp a bit, but only one way to find out. [p]Happy cooking. T

    Living in Mexico, I probably have an unfair advantage on cost for this sort of stuff. To be honest, I did not ask for or receive the cost for the items separately, but together the cost was $55, at todays exchange rate ($600 Pesos). I have no clue what it would have cost in the US or how much I could have saved going with carbon steel.
