<p />Tried lo 'n slo peppered catfish cooked for 1-1/2 hours accompanied by a mustard bbq sauce and slo roasted veggies in a vinegrette. These recipes came from the Jamison's "Smoke & Spice". Man was this good. Better than the batter fried catfish so prevalent here is Mississippi. I would recommend it. The picture is of the leftovers.
Was in too big of a hurry to chow down to take a picture before eating.
