Salsa IN the burgers?

There is a mexican restaurant here in town that makes some really good HOT salsa.[p]i was thinking of mixing it into some ground beef and making some spicy burgers. [p]Think this will work or will it get too sloppy to make?[p]Tom

Why not try it as a meatloaf?

Try it in a beauxburger(see recipes on beef on BGE.) Since you roll up the hamburger and seal it real good it should stay inside. Add some cheese as well and a little layer of bread crumbs to help absorb and hold in the salsa. Heck it might work! Now I've got to try it!
