Skipped the morning tee time today and focused on the "to do" list. Unfortunately, I'm having more fun cooking on the Egg than doing chores! Having a few friends over tonight for some ribs. I just put them on an hour ago and I'm planning on doing the 3-1-1 method and then "coolering" them until the guests arrive for the final grill/sauce.[p]Take it easy on me - my first time attempting to post a pic. Here goes...[p][p][p]
