    Earl, something magic happened between Step 4 and Step 5. Where are the pictures of these beautiful birds on the Big Green Egg? :-)

    Wise One,[p] Hi Bill:[p]We cooked them as it was getting dark, as you can see from the set up take a day or so later, picture not as clear as I would have liked it . I did not think it would turn out so I passed on it. Not to menton, each time I went outside I froze my butt off.Next time.[p]Earl
