My egg is new to me as many of you know that have read my posts. This week I have a birthday party for lunch at work. I have to leave home by 8.30 and I need to cook some thing over nite or get up early on a 3or4 hr deal. Pulled pork or a brisket something to make sndwiches out of at work Would have to set in the frig. till 12;00 and be re heated with sauce. I really need so advise. I know some experts have had this delima.

Uncle Dave,[p]You can actually do a brisket or pulled pork ahead of time and reheat in the sauce at work using a crock pot. Easy and no time pressures.[p]Spin
