Howdy: Just wanted to share a discovery I made this weekend. I was watching Emeril and he cooked a pork tenderloin in the oven. What was different is he used "root vegetables" - potatoes, onions, carrots parsnips and fresh beets. I had never had parsnips or fresh beets, just those purple pickled beets out of a can. What a surprise! Fresh beets are excellent and the parsnips were good too. I didn't cook them on the BGE, just the oven. Put the veggies in the roaster with the pork tenderloin - Excellent! :woohoo:
