meat loaf

To those who have not tried it yet....do a meat loaf in the egg. I did 2 this past week. The wife and kids don't like meat loaf...but hey could not get enough of mine. I use the corning-ware type meat loaf dish.[p]1/3 ground pork, 2/3 ground beef, a couple eggs, 2 slices bread all crumbed up...basically any seasonong you like. I cooked mine with mesquite lump at 350 to 375 for 1.5 hours. I throw on a chunk of hickory when I start.[p]It is so good....a plus is that the kids love it.....[p]BBQ-BoB
