MickeyT's Salmon
Nature Boy

Man...that was a good dinner. Pretty much followed the recipe exactly, except I cooked at 240 for 2 hours, and 350 for the last 15 minutes to purty things up. Instead of McCormicks jerk seasoning, I made a batch of my own...borrowing from several recipes, and ommitting that nutmeg that many recipes call for, and using ginger and grains of paradise. The nutmeg makes it taste like pumpkin pie (IMO), and the allspice already has some nutmegish flavor anyway![p]Anywho, this was good, and I can still taste it!
Thanks for the recipe Mickey. You sure you are new at this??

Nature Boy,[p]I think that Mickey T. is thinking about displacing Grillin' Bill as rookie of the year.[p]K~G

KennyG,
Either that, or he is hiring a food stylist to prepare for those killer photos!
Cheers!

Anyone that knows me knows when I get a new toy I jump in with both feet. Always liked to cook anyway. These little eggs are boyond addictive though. What's up with that?? My wife made me take my oatmeal off the medium the other day and sent me to my room. :>([p]Glad you liked the salmon NB.....

Nature Boy,[p]Damn, that does sound good. Perhaps it will be salmon this weekend and more pork loins the following weekend (alternate healthful fish weekends with loads of pork weekends...).[p]Cornfed
