Honey-mustard whole wheat pizza

My wife has decided to go on a diet, and white flour is forbidden.... Of course, I refuse to join her ;) BUT... I have to try to accommodate. She's been asking for me to experiment with a whole wheat pizza. To me, the thought of a whole wheat dough with a traditional tomato sauce just didn't work. So I adapted my pizza dough recipe (Old recipe here) by substituting a pound of whole wheat flour for a pound of the white flour, and replacing the sugar with honey. The new recipe can be found here .[p]As I said, I didn't like the thought of tomato sauce, so I made a honey-mustard sauce, put some sous-vide cooked chicken on, with some fresh basil, and here's the result :) ( pictures of assembly can be found here .[p]
